Trying to get version 1525 to open on windows 10 and NOTHING IS HAPPENING, NO ERROR MESSAGE NOTHING IT JUST WON"T OPEN. The reason I want this version specifically because its apparently literally the only version that can run parappa 2 without stuff blocking the damn input bar or the annoying black squiggly lines in the corner

Have you checked Event Viewer? There may be logs there from PCSX2 failing to launch.
