Any reason why it is doing this? I know my DirectX is updated.
You know it is updated just because you use win10 or you actually downloaded it from the ms site and install it
Do you have a file named d3dx11_43.dll in C:\Windows\System32

The link you gave me does not appear to work.

Also here are the VC++ programs I have installed on my pc so far, am I missing any?
If that below the x64 version of 2015 is not the x86,then probably that's the problem

I would strongly recommend against using third party sources for this, and suggest instead you use the official installer from Microsoft's site.

You can choose both x86 and AMD64 versions here, but PCSX2 only needs x86: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=48145

I tried that and still no luck, not too sure what the problem might be.

Here are my specs:

Processor
Intel® Core™ i9-8950HK CPU @ 2.90GHz

Video Card
Intel® UHD Graphics 630

Video Card #2
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design

RAM
16 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit

It is also a Dell Gaming G7 laptop I got almost a week ago.
