Can you please post your PC specs and your PCSX2 version/settings?

You are using the "Nearest" texture filtering which don't apply any filtering to textures to smooth them
The default one is Bilinear (PS2) in GSdx

It is a plugin issue, whatever you think

Yep it was because I didn't set it to bi-linear (PS2)
