I combined bug reports because they act similarly. I think these can be fixed with a similar method.
Bug is effected by GSDX settings, "Advanced Settings and Hacks", and check "Disable Depth Emulation" (shown in the pictures). It also effects Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction and God of War II.

I-Ninja (with "Disable Depth Emulation"): [attachment=68525]

Also, a similar bug was solved by the RPCS3 team. They fixed it through "removal of some hacks and numerous accuracy improvements". More details on the fix can be found here:

The workaround to this issue is to change your "Skipdraw Range" value under video>Advanced Settings and Hacks !
