That CPU has a really good STP at 2007 and it's paired with a really good GPU. I think that rig should be set for even the most demanding titles. Just make sure not to upscale the resolution too high.

Not really...it's good for everything but the most demanding titles.
ZoE2 will not run at full speed all the time
SotC will need a speed hack
3x scaling should be fine for everything and you will not get any fps boost at lower scaling than that.

Was gonna say, my 2100 stp really struggled with keeping 60 fps SotC .. even with speed hacks.
