Hello im a long time user of this emulator and i never encountered this but 
recently when i tried to use any other than the default plugins i would just get this error

i was hoping anyone knew a fix for this or anything cause ive been looking it up for a long time and i still cant get it to work :c

What do you mean by "any other"?
Did you place older/newer plugins into the plugins folder

This kind of error usually comes from the required vc redist not beign installed or need to be reinstalled because of some problem...or.those older/newer plugins require a file but I forget the name(that file comes with pcsx2)

Or directx s.not installed but you wil also get another error telling you that

oh i see
i meant that when i tried using  a plugin like padPokopom it just wouldnt show up and give me that error 
but thanks alot thats a great starting point for me
i'll reinstall my vc redist and look up any ones i forgot to install and hopefully till work

omg i installed my vc redist and installed some ones i was missing and it worked!! thank you so much!!!!! ^-^ <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
