When I try to execute the emulator the error that I attached pop-ups

My specs are:
Processor: Intel-core i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHZ
Ram: 8 GB
Directx 12
GeFirce GTX660

If you need something else, please, tell me.

The emulator worked nicely a few days ago, till it crashed and I had to restart my computer. After that, the error in the messege keeps popping-up when I try to start the emulator.

PCSX2 version, settings, plugins used

The version is the 1.4
The plugins are in the image attached
And the settings are none to unknown because I can't even open the emulator

Try deleting your inis folder, and also try using the 1.5 GIT builds (download the latest one, the one at the top)
