I changed a game from interlacing 60fps video 30fps ingame to progressive scan 60fps video that means that every 2 frames are the same frame and the ingame fps is still 30fps, than i activated Turbo mod that means the game is 120fps video (but every 2 frames are the same) the ingame is 60fps but the game speed is 2x, so i used cheat engine speed hack and i set it to 0.5 so now game speed is normal, and i use Ritvatuner in order to stable the Frametime.
What happened to the video fps and to the ingame fps?
it feels smoother from my experience.
