No matter what settings i change, the crosshair only appears when I run (invisible when just walking around / aiming and zooming in doesn't make it visible either.)
i got the rom from the *snip* website, could it be the rom or maybe my bios? I found some forum post where somebody said "just use anything, but not Japan 1.0", which i'm using...

-I included a screenshot of my game.

PC Specs:
GeForce RTX 2080
16GB HyperX ram
i7 9700k @4.90 Ghz

Btw, I tried to search this issue, but nobody else seems to really have the same problem...
