Hello,
Lateley i tried playing MGS3 on my computer. Unluckly, the game is very laggy, staying at around 25-30 fps with constant frame drops, especially during cutcenes.

These are my specs:
Intel i3 8100
Nvidia GTX 1060 3gb
8gb RAM
Windows 10

I heard that Metal Gear Solid 3 runs smoothly at even lower specs, so it seems weird to me that my PC can't run it.
Are there some settings that i need to change that can help increase the framerate?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

you will get slowdown on some areas and cutscenes on that specs.....my advise to set speedhack's ee cycle stealing by 1.
