Hi everyone!
I'm a newbie here and I'd like some help. My laptop is able to run Kingdom Hearts with 90 fps which is kinda great but whenever I try to run Kingdom Hearts 2 I can't get more than 30 fps and it's worst with FFXII...
I've already tried every combination possible with the plugins but it doesn't help at all. I think my laptop is able to do better than that so if someone could help me find if I forgot anything...

My specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9300 2.50 GHz
NVidia GeForce 9500M GS
3 gig RAM
Windows Vista

Config:
GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00 SSE2) 0.1.14 (Windowed, Direct3D10 Hardware, 4:3)
SPU2-X 1.1.0 (inter polation 1.Linear (recommended), module 1 xaudio 2 (recommended) )
Linuz Iso CDVD 0.8.0
Well, what % is shown in the top right corner when you play KH2 or FF12?
With KH2 I have a 53% and with FFXII it's a 44%.
It can change but not much, about 10% of variation.
For starters use the GSDX SSE4.1 plugin as your cpu supports it. You should see a massive boost in speed from that alone.
Sorry, my mistake, I'm already using GSDX SSE4.1, not SSE2.
So nobody can help me please?
I'm thinking I could overclock but I'm worried about the warmth, I'm not sure if my laptop could handle it. If anyone could explain me how to do it and if it's not too dangerous...
try setting some speedhacks and setting the native checkbox in gsdx Smile
are you using pcsx2 0.9.6? or the latest beta??

in addition post your CPU settings MTGS=on??,Frame limiting settings and etc.

thats might have a clue

well he most probably has 0.9.6 Smile (since he has all the latest non-beta plugins Tongue, and btw any pcsx2 older than 0.9.5 crashes with SPU2-X Smile)
How many fps you get with sse4 compare to ssse3 or sse2 in game? Is there can give you true masive bost or only little bit fps? Seem that feature so highly apreciated like magic.
