Hello,
Today I've installed PSX2 and I've got a problem with game slowing down to 50% so the fps is only at 30. My PC specs are pretty much good enough to pull those games through.
My specs (it's a laptop):
i5-8300H
Ram 16GB
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050
So I've tried these configurations:

I need ur help to fix the issue and get 60 still fps.
