I am wondering if I could get the best settings possible for my pc. My games just keep lagging my games that I had downloaded had all been really slow and lagging all the time. I had watched so many tutorial videos and nothing worked and I was wondering if anybody could help me. Here are my pc specs

Processor intel core i3-7100u CPU @2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz

Installed Memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

it is illegal to download ps2 games, and yeah we don't support piracy here sorry....
