Hello,

I have improved Character and World Brightness in RE4 and i can disable some extra lights on Characters.
World Renderer and Fog Effect are also completely Off but all these things have no Effect in Cutscenes.
Are the Cutscenes in RE4 Videos ?

yes.
If you played the PC port once, it's more than obvious

No white World Renderer or scattered Fog Clouds in the Surroundings.
Enhanced Brightness and today successful with 100% Screen Usage
(= No black Borders) in 50Hz or 60Hz Mode! Also disabled overall World
Blur-Effect.
