Full Version: Problems with Street Fighter

I'm having trouble with the "Street Fighter Anniversary Collection" and "Street Fighter Alpha Anthology" games. In the SF Anniversary Collection comes the Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike game that runs right in the beginning but when I start playing it gets too slow. In SF Alpha Anthology all the games that come in the package get the distorted image splitting into several rectangular pieces with different images inside them and the games in that package also run very slow. I don't know if anything can be done to fix these issues as I have tried everything and am using pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-3319-g2827394f3-windows-x86. Is there any solution? I think another emulator or another video plugin needs to be made for these games.
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

What about getting a good CPU ?
Is the video card instead of the CPU a problem? I use the 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 920M video card and I think my CPU is enough to play PS2 games because the other games I have run well on the emulator. The only games that do not run well are: SF Alpha Anthology, SF Anniversary Collection and X2 Wolverine's Revenge ... Unless I buy another more powerful video card to try it on these games because if it is to change CPU I prefer to buy A new computer.

try using use software mode instead and set rendering threads to 0.

I tried to use software mode with rendering segments to 0. The distorted image problems solved and in Street Fighter games the speed was between 75 and 80 percent. In Wolverine's Revenge it was 40 percent ... To play SF It's good and you can even play but it is not perfect. But to play Wolverine's Revenge is terrible.
alright.
problem solved then
