Hey there!
I just got the emulator + Urbz Sims in the city and basically it works but it keeps slowing down, the video, the interactions, voices and music and I don't know why. It is an ISO
and I'm running the PCSX2 1.4.0.
I tried to change the settings back to preset but it didn't change anything..

CPU - AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM - 12 GB
System - Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
