i got really bored today and made a primitive compatibility report generator. i was a bit lazy and made some assumptions during it.
a small update that deactivates the hardware settings when the renderer is software or none and doesn't report the hardware setting
update to reflect current versions.
GSdx is dead. Long live GSdx.
so a little bit of keeping up the emulator a little. added a warning if you try to label something perfect without also have game-complete selected. finally bothered to add an icon.

started the process ordering somethings like QT
some fixes and additions for hardware fixes.
I feel like I should say why I made this to begin with. When making reports I'd try to copy/paste a template or another report and edit it how a would like it. unfortunately, it copied all the formatting with it which made it a huge pain. the other formatting thing that was a nuisance was getting the color right on the final status. so, I made this program to generate a plain text output that conformed to the template that Bositman made
