how can i delete an ISO from the ISO selector?

If you are using the portable version
pcsx2 folder\inis\PCSX2_ui.ini
If you are using the installer version
Documents\PCSX2\inis\PCSX2_ui.ini

All games are in the [Recent ISO] selection at the bottom
