I don't know if pcsx2 care that you have tons of not commended text but that could be a reason...or there is some code that pcsx2 don't like.
Every line that is not patch=1 bust be commended
Also,why do you have a widescreen patch for the usa version and then codes for the eu version
And also,enabling too many codes is almost always asking for problems
