I have 2 ps2's, one is pal slim and second is ntsc slim and i want to dump my bioses and play ps2 games on pc with fast forward Button to speed up Grinding proces in rpg's, so that's why i ask.

If you mean remove the fps limit(the game running at above 50 for pal and 60 for ntsc)then yes,the higher the fps is,the faster the time in the game playtime will run and the sound will also be played at a faster speed

For example if you run ntsc game at 120fps,1 minute ingame playtime will be 30 seconds in real world
