Hi all! I'm new here, but really happy to be playing some of my old favorites! 
I have PCSX2 up and running fine on Crash Bandicoot Tag Team Racing (a small issue with weird shadows, but that's besides the point). I have a DX Logitech Dual Action as described by PCSX2. When I try to play Kingdom Hearts, the game only accepts keyboard input. I did not have this controller from the beginning, so I did map KH to the keyboard, but now I don't want it to use keyboard at all. I did the same for Crash, mapped to keyboard, but now the controller works.
How do I remedy this?
