i only have constant 50 fps while playing bully.
why is that ? the game is playable but its stutters a bit.
how can i get around constant 60-65 fps?
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

That's how pal games work
The internal speed is 25fps(it's like playing a pc game at 25fps)
NTSC games have 30fps internal speed(like playing pc game at 30fps)
