You can see in those threads that a modified ini was used to fix the audio issue in previous iterations, but using 1.6 of PCSX2, I don't see how you'd apply the modified config file as it seems to use a different file type. I'm sorry I'm not the most computer literate person out there but I was hoping you guys could tell me how to manually change the delaycycle to 1 in a hex editor or something, or just point me in the right direction.

It still uses ini files

Whaaaaat wow I'm dumb. I was looking at the plugin folder instead of the ini's in documents.... Yikes. Thank you! xD

Can see that you are having a confusion here. Ini files are still used.
