[Bug Report] Itadaki Street 3 [NTSC-J]

# PCSX2 version: Tried both pcsx2-v1.7.0-dev-70-gb5625ad8b-windows-x86 (first Itadaki Street 3 fix build) and pcsx2-v1.7.0-dev-102-g3269c58c8-windows-x86 (latest)
# CPU options: Defaults but did test with other options like Interpreter (see below), disabled speed hacks and game fixes but tried them turned on too
# Plugins used: GSdx respective to above nightlies (hardware and software, open GL) also tried Disc Plugin with legitimate copy of game.

So first of all, I really want to THANK the team in finally fixing that text bug. I know you guys are probably scratching your head thinking, "Didn't we fix this?" The game was UNPLAYABLE before and now it works and you can easily play games. I had mentioned this in my previous bug reporting thread but the text bug (rightfully) took priority. But it's still strangely buggy.

What's weird about this bug, and I'm hoping an expert might be able to understand what's going on, is that PCSX2 seems to struggle with the game's CD ROM file system (hence why I said above I tested it it with the actual CD Plugin with a real copy of the game.

As said above I tried In, when trying with Interpreter I get a Memory Card check screen that doesn't usually come up and, of course, the fps drops to about 10-20 but you can better see the AI dialog screens that pop up in a flash. I tried getting a screenshot but it's just too fast.

Just FYI, here's what the game should be displaying (real hardware screenshot from low res YT video)

But because this doesn't load CPU turns just kinda lag a bit before  and after they roll. It's usually just dialog like "Gotta get to the bank!" or "Boy that was an expensive shop!"

To be more specific about the music. Music seems to cut out the moment when other sound effects or chimes kick in. You'll notice it quickly on the main menu the music will cut out when the lady on the screen starts talking. I've attached a console log and you can see all the errors. Missing from this log comes up during gameplay numerous times called Waiting for XAG Loading

Already tested. None that I could tell. I believe the log I posted above WAS from using the disc.

Yeah, I really should buy a “new” PS2 one of these days.
BGM is fix by turned on EEcache. May be of some help CPU turns lag.
Sadly not, fps drop to ~5.
