it tells me could not load GS Plugin 'plugins': <NULL> and whenever i hit Execute or Run CD/DVD it tells me _cdvdOpenNVM: Error then it closes. is there a way i can solve this issue.

run as admin

when i right click on the program it doesn't give me that option

try doing it on the pcsx2.exe itself (unless you have XP )
