How do you configure PCSX2 for 1080p settings? (60fps preferably)

PC specs:

Intel Core i7-8750h 2.20 Ghz

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 4GB


RAM: 16gb

Config > Video(GS) > Plugin Settings. Change internal resolution to 3x. It depends for the games if it will get full speeds.
