when i press F1 and F3 in game, it does not do anything...those buttons are actually the volume on my computer. it just raises or lowers the volume. isn't the emulator supposed to replace that with save/load state or what's going on here? how do I fix this? what is the problem? I can't seem to save or load state at all.

Are you using laptop by the way? You might be need to hold the Fn key.
