I've been using my controllers on steam just fine but PCSX2 doesn't acknowledge inputs when I try to bind them, I've also noticed when trying to calibrate my controllers natively they dont seem to register inputs either, only on steam.
in LilyPad, change it from DirectInput to XInput.

Its just unselectable. Although I've been configure my lilypad settings in the bios selector and bind my inputs there, Still nothing in game though.
can you please screenshot your lilypad tabs ?
I don't get wghy it would be unselectable ?
Can't you tick the "xinput" box and untick the "dinput" box ?
did you at least add pcsx2 to steam as a non-steam application ?

No I've added it now though, and I've ticked an unticked those boxes everywhere I've seen them.

now, if your controllers are detected by lilypad as xinput controllers, bind your keys again. and it should be fine
