In "Windows 7" as the program runs XP and Vista, can probably run!

But the setting is great, but is doubtful for the operating system!

I have XP install disc ._. but I ran it before. with kh2 and 0.9.4 stopped working so I'm using 0.9.6 and it just goes to hell

Yes, it should. I've been using Win 7 with PCSX2 for a few months now..
You should install Windows 7 RC Build 7100

pcsx2 works with Windows 7 (Win7 is a better version of Vista )
