You also have a Core2Duo, something donraj does not have. AMD X2s were
not built to be overclocked. Core2Duos are an entirely different matter.

I was giving an example of typical overclocking lol's.
so does that mean i cant overclock?? or too much risk involved since i use an AMD X2

Unless you've got some stupidly good motherboard, you won't get more than 200MHZ and that'll be unstable..

I meant an enthusiast's board, something along the lines of my board lol.
Or one with a 790FX.
Either way, on an X2 it's not worth it.
But I'm assuming you won't have one of that NB/SB combination.
