Full Version: Huge First Time Setup Freeze Problem

Im having a huge problem whenever i try to run first time setup on plugins it freezes to a notresponding, ive tried multiple versions of Visual c++ but it isnt getting me anywhere. I also noticed that it will also instantly freeze whenever i try to configure lilypad, any suggestions?
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  • Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

i cant currently access my gsdx graphics settings it times out to not responding as soon as i click
could be directx ?
did you update it ?

Updated to latest, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling every C++ visual pack and still nothing
how did you update it ?

I Didn't, what directory does this belong to? not sure where i should be installing
