Full Version: ImgBurn made me bin instead of iso, why?

I bought Theme Park World and that program made bin file (it's over 500/600mb, so it's a small game). Whether this will cause any problems in pcsx2?, and is there a way to force ImgBurn to make iso? (I didn't found any option for that).
Thanks in advance for answer.
"force". no, it's the default format.
but you can change it when you select your destination folder. you probably changed it accidentally when making your iso.
that said, launching the bin file should work fine
it's a CD-ROM format hence it's a BIN format...
if it's more than 1GB liable to ISO format.
I recommend watching this video. It's a bit long, but in it he explains why imgburn will sometimes make a bin, or iso file. Personally I recommend subscribing to his channel cause he has a lot of great content, but I digress.

you can simply tell imgburn to make an ISO instead of a bin, but pcsx2 will use the bin just fine
ps2 cd-rom in blue CD-rom hence it's a bin format e.g. tekken tag will be in bin format while imgburn extracting it,pcsx2 supports the bin format no need to be concern.
