How good does SFAA run in general, FPS-wise? Also, are there ANY speedhacks to make it run faster on dated and/or low-end computers?
Depends on your specs
What are your specs?

It might sound weird but sometimes 2D games are harder to emulate, depends on the game though. There are plenty of speedhacks that can help performance but nothing works miracles. With your specs, we can give you a general idea of how well it could run.
I have three computers, two laptops and one desktop. I can post the desktop's specs right now:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7600 @ 3.06GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710
VRAM: 984 MB
ok.
anything better than this ?
No, unfortunately.
Not much you can dot, I guess.
Sorry
You can try the recommended speed hacks (not MTVU though) and run it at native and see what kind of performance you get but don't expect it to be great. Nvidia cards do better with OpenGL but I've had cases where D3D was better.

Sadly, the CPU is a major issue.
run it on your desktop and also mostly capcom games would be easy to emulate much of it's games.

Sorry

Shoot, but I pretty much knew this would end up being the answer.

Oh well, at least I still have Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, and the other SF games I own for PS2 (Anniversary Collection, Capcom Classics Volumes 1 and 2, and Capcom Vs. SNK 2) all run fantastic on PCSX2 no matter what computer I play them on...
