Only runs at half speed on the newest dev build with default settings. Runs fine at the native PS2 resolution. What happened?
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Actually, I noticed this is one of the CPU and GPU intensive games. I imagine that might be the issue. Still strange though, plays the Welcome to Dreamland cutscene just fine but as soon as it gets into gameplay the speed immediately tanks. I wonder if it's my custom full-screen resolution? I have a i7 6700HQ and a 6GB GTX 1060. I'll post my emulog results as well;
