That's what i thought but the only thing using my CPU apart from PCSX2 is Google, and even if i totally close Google, the game is still not running smooth like yesterday.

I see. I was suspecting your GPU to be the bottleneck.

I don't know what could have been modified on your machine from yesterday to the time being.
I'd still tend to think it's not a pcsx2 problem, more something wrong in your OS config
All I can suggest is backup your memory cards and BIOS and uninstall PCSX2, then reinstall it, see if the problem goes away.
If not, then the problem is not PCSX2 and you're having system issues.
