Hello when i try to play multiplayer on Hot Wheels world race the game slows to like 50% and then fluctuates... 
Is there any fix for it? 
My pc i also very capable.
Ryzen 5 3600  and a GTX 1660 also 16gb of ram.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
