Full Version: Sims 2 Castaway has blank options on objects unless I put bleding accuracy on high!!!

Currently using D3D11, and unless I put blending accuracy all the way up high the game simply doesn't show object and clothing options just a blank text, now the game runs Okeish at 1080p with blending accuracy high but I would really like to have extra FPS in order to increase my resolution (as an AA method), the other solution is using OpenGL but that's not an option because I'm using an RX 590 and OpenGL is really AWFUL on AMD cards (at least on Windows)

Here's an example of my problem, the picture isn't mine but from another person having the same problem, I read the pic's thread and ppl said the solution was using OpenGL but that's not an option for me

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Wel, you did things correctly, and unfortunately, blending accuracy on high is probably the way to go (apart from software mode)
Try latest dev build. It may be of a help

Is there a way to reduce the jagginess at 1080p then? I use the built-in FXAA but that's not enough.
hey i was looking at this post and found a similar problem but also found setting the renderer will also work with making the images pop back up again
