Plugins in corresponding folder

Any Idea?

If you are using the betas,the only plugins pcsx2 use is GSdx and nothing else
Everything else is builded in and you have options for DEV9(Config=>Network and HDD Settings)

If you want to use other plugins you can use stable 1.6 or use 1.7 dev 501 or wait till later versions which may include features from those plugins that are currently missing.
