I would like to know what does this optiones does and what differences/changes are between "Scaled" and "Unscaled"
I'm looking for the best visual/graphics, so what could you suggest me to choose?

Current Pcsx2 version used: v1.7.0-dev-1190-gfafbb3cc6

well, unscaled looks the best with dithering enabled, turning it off will force it to use higher colour depth.

So the choice is yours
