In general terms, the game is over 60. But it hits lows that make it inconsistent, impossible to play without making me dizzy. Previously, I played Ape Scape 2 perfectly like this, even being simpler graphically, I don't think this is Black, the game with the best graphics on PS2.

your cpu is good, but a bit sub par for R&C series.
Lower your gsdx settings (internal res to 2x, anisotropic filtering to 4x) and it should be better
