Hi guys. All of a sudden without any changes to the system what so ever i now get this error when starting up any ps2 game
"Thread creation error. An unspecified error occurred while trying to create the EE core thread"
It also says "The MTGS thread has become unresponsive while waiting for the GS plugin to open. Press OK to go to the plugin config panel"
Im in a real pickle with this as i need to fix it by monday. Does anyone have any clues?.. thanks so much
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

Your specs should be no problem running it. Try to perform updates on your GPU, windows OS etc.

hi Zaim - oh, if it helps, i know it runs fine... I have used it fine for years. Sorry i didnt realise that was why you were asking, oops. I have DDU the APU driver but done nothing with windows.. I do have afeeling its an odd windows error, if it is i really hope i dont need to rebuild windows and the whole system fresh
jesalvein : I will have your details over to you shortly
Can i ask a question please - Lets say i had a physical problem with say my 2400g Chip - would problems show up on ALL emulators? i.e: PS1, n64 all arcade, PSP etc they all work perfectly well. I assume if it was a hardware (Ram / CPU / mobo) problem then it should effect everything and not just PCSX2?
Ok...here's another question: what kind of PCSX2 version that are you using?
hi Jesalvein - here you go, the log :
