I used skipmpeg to skip a FMV in suikoden V but now it skips every FMV, I unchecked the "enable patches" and there doesn't seem to be anything in the patch browser i can disable.

the patch will reside in memory untill you restart pcsx2

thats the thing, I've exited and restarted PCSX2 over and over again, yet everytime i load the game state the FMV will continue to skip.

using savestates is not a good idea, save to a memory card, then try it
