Has anyone tried Ultraman FE3 and Rebirth on the latest version of the emulator? I tried both but the emulator seems to enter infinite loop after the message "no pnach found. This is not an error". Is it normal to get this kind of result?

You are using an old version of PCSX2...download 0.9.6 from our site.
