So, I'm doing this for my dad; He got the emulator and after a while it stopped working, whenever we tried to boot a game, not responding, Reapplying settings / Reinstalling? Not responding. And if he wanted to try Resident evil 3 rom he would be greeted with a green and red screen at the cutscenes. Please help! (the screenshot is what we see once trying to apply settings)

Don't install it in program files.better create your own pcsx2 dir on c:
And I'm pretty sure resident evil 3 won't work.

Pcsx has a very limited compatibility with psone gamee

Resident Evil 3 is a PS1 game. Please use an emulator like Duckstation.
