Hi,  can anyone explain what the difference between these types are? If I'm looking to download a new dev build, which one should I go for? Which one offers the best performance?

AVX2 is the fastest but not all computers can run it
SSE4 is a bit slower but most computers can run it
CMake one is also SSE4 I think but just compiled differently

It'd be easier to answer if you told us what CPU you had.

I have an i7-9700KF.
