I'm noticing that running around in the game results in graphical microstuttering, where the environment seems to lurch forward and skip frames. I see this sort of thing sometimes in OpenGL games and it can be resolved by enabling triple buffering in some cases. Other than taking video, it's hard to describe. I'm not experiencing any audio issues and no major FPS/speed drops, so I'm guessing it's just the way the emulator renders the game...?

At any rate, I'm wondering if it's normal to have a speed that bounces back and forth between 99% and 101%, and an FPS that hovers around 60 instead of running at a solid 100% and 59.94. The inconsistency seems strange to me. Any attention is appreciated, thanks.
