I'm having some issues with emulating Granturismo 4, the game is displaying a steady 60fps with some drops here and there which is not unusual for that game.
But even though the game is running at 60fps it doesn't appear to be that way (closer to 30-40fps), i don't have any speedhacks on except for the recommended ones so it should be displaying the fps correctly.
I'm not having any issues actually running the game since i can crank up the graphics by quite a lot until i experience major fps drops, with the settings im running om only reaching about 50% usage on EE and the one tied to graphics card's usage (i can't remember the actual name for it) so i don't think it's hardwere related.
I'm running the game in high priority mode just incase and my powerplan is set to performance, i haven't turned anything up in the nvidia controll panel.
I am running the game from an iso file (yes it is my own since i don't like piracy) i don't know if that could cause any issues but it might so i'm including that)
My specs are:
Nvidia GTX 1080
Intel core i7-7700
16GB of ddr4 ram (2400mhz)
I'm running the game from an ssd (don't think that should be a problem?)
I can still play the game fine but solving this would make the game even more fun. Thanks for any advice even if it doesn't solve anything.
I know i posted a thread not long ago but i wanted to include some more helpful information, and since no one seems to be replying to my old thread i decided to give it another shot and make a new one.
