Hello! Quick question: With the Windows version of PCSX2, is it possible to start a game with the game window already being maximized (not fullscreen)?

Im guessing you mean fullscreen windowed? I think you will have to maximize the window after you start the game sadly.

What you can do is to change the custom window size is the GS Window settings. It won't be perfect but it's better then nothing i guess.
