Hello, first time reporting an bug here.


# PCSX2 version: Nightly v1.7.2676 release
# CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults
# Plugins used: Software renderer
# Description: Lower part of thescreen seems corrupt in gameplay and in-engine cutscenes. Only occurs in sofware mode and also affects Silent Hill 3. (Hardware mode is fine)
