Just downloaded PSX2 recently and began it's tedious configuration for MGS3 only to find that nothing had saved. This goes for the plugins, memcards, and cpu settings, absolutely nothing saves.
I tried it several times and again they were back on defaults. Was their a patch I'm missing or does it have something to do with my PC? I've already tried re-installing and refreshing the plugins directory but to no avail.
Help greatly appreciated.

You are most likely using vista. If so, right click on the exe file -> run as an administrator, and your configurations should be saved just fine
